Anybody is hungry??? Red Cheesecake

 

Arriva mia sorella da Malta per trascorrere qualche giorno insieme per il suo compleanno e cominciano a fioccare le richieste. Prima tra tutte "Stellaaaa,mi fai la cheesecake????"

Puoi dire di no alla festeggiata? Domanda retorica ovviamente!!!

Ed eccola qui! Questo è il risultato!

Non ho le foto del procedimento perché per il poco tempo ho fatto tutto di fretta, ma se qualcuno è interessato posso pubblicare la ricetta dettagliata.

Solitamente faccio la versione da frigo,che è appunto quella che vedete nelle foto,ma sono assolutamente intenzionata a sperimentare la versione da forno di cui però non sono ancora riuscita a trovare una ricetta valida da personalizzare. ;)

Spero vi piaccia e a dire dalla velocità con cui è sparita, pare fosse anche buona!!!

My sister arrives from Malta to spend a few days together on his birthday and they begin flocking to the requests. First of all "Stellaaaa, you make me the cheesecake??"

You can say no to the birthday girl? Rhetorical question of course!

And here it is! This is the result!

I do not have photos of the proceedings because of the short time I did everything in a hurry, but if anyone is interested I can post the detailed recipe.

Usually I make the fridge version, which is exactly what you see in the photos, but they are absolutely determined to experiment with baked version of which, however, have not yet been able to find a valid recipe to customize. ;)

Hope you like it and say the speed with which it is gone, it seems, was too good!
